The gadgetry of it all is cool, but his efficiency must be mad low. I usually put hops in marked cups and then dump them in. Seriously though, I have gotten busy cleaning something and missed my hop addition; also I have missed my Irish Moss addition completely a few times
These errors usually occur during the evening brew sessions though, not the day ones....
