Default stupid, like really stupid, mistake.

So, yeah, I was pouring my cooled wort into my fermentation bucket when i remembered i still had about a gallon of star san water in there.

What do i do?

normally a little starsan doesn't hurt a thing. but a gallon.. ooof. not sure.

exactly....

even if drinking it kills me, that's fine, so long as it still ferments and tastes good, haha.

If it was in the proper concentration, it shouldn't be a major problem. I don't know if I'd risk it.

so if it was a 5 gallon batch....a full 1/6th of each glass you poured would be sanitizer solution.....for about 60 beers.

I'd dump it out and brew another one.

You didnt happen to be drinking while you were brewing did you?

it was, will it separate or did i just throw my gravity down 20% and add a little star san twang to my profile?

Don't think it'll separate, make sure to find the number for the Poison Control Hotline before downing more than a pint.
