I plan on buying one of AHS' all grain 20th Anniversary ESB kits and would like to use Pacman to ferment the wort.
This ESB is purely for consumption, not competition, so strictly staying with style guidelines is not an issue.
Has anyone fermented an ESB with Pacman, and if so, how did it turn out?
Will Pacman change the flavor profile that much vs. an ESB yeast strain?
Would you do it again?
