I just brewed this yesterday with 2 vials of WLP004. OG was 1.062. MY fermentation chamber has been between 72 and 78 degrees since. I have excessive krausening. Is there an issue with fermentation temps this high?

It'll be a bit hot tasting and overly fruity.

Should I be able to smell and taste Acetaldehyde after 24 hours?
