So I'm looking for a good California common partial mash recipe to brew this weekend, any good ideas?

If you know how to convert to PM, there are a couple all-grain and an extract recipe in the recipe section under Amber Hybrid.

Try Yooper's Anchor Steam recipe:

I've brewed this several times and it makes an outstanding beer.

I like that one too! It's easy, and can be AG or PM very easily!

Not to thread-jack but thanks Yoop, I took some of your ideas and some from Oct. BYO. This is on my list for maybe next week to get ready for a few spring comps.

So I just noticed that there are two versions of your anchor clone on HBT Yooper, which did you think turned out better? did adding the Munich and victory malts good additions?
