Thanks. Yeah, I think I used the normal 3/4 cup of Corn sugar in a batch that was around 4 1/2 gallons. I was also a little aggressive in temperature (72-74) and agitating the bottles every couple of days.
I shoulda just let nature take its course, but I had a dickens of a time getting my English Ale to carboante so I was over compensating on my next batch.
Of course, my English Ale is perfectly carb'd now...
