Default Anyone ever done Rakfisk?

Looking for someone to give me advice on this without getting botulism lol.

So, who here has done Rakfisk successfully?

I read In Cod We Trust last year. If I remember correctly, the book said that they no longer make Rakfisk in the traditional way due to the botulism risk. However, I don't recall what the new method is.

On a side note, making your own Rakfisk is pretty hardcore!
