I just popped the top on my first extract brewed oktoberfest. I was afraid it would taste bad or that I screwed it up somehow.
That was until I heard the hiss of co2 releasing from my 6 week old brew and to my dismay its one of the best beers I have ever had.
I have to thank everyone who asks questions I may have, and to all the people that answered those questions. Again thanks everyone
.James.

Ah yes, another convert to the cause...

Trust us, that feeling only gets better the more you brew, the more you drink what you brew, and the further you expand what you can brew...

Just to update I had a tasting last night and my friends can't believe I made this beer in what looks like a meth setup and they all loved it and they want more. I can't brew fast enough
