What's a good grain mix to equal three pounds of Wheat DME? I know that Wheat DME is only 60% wheat.

At 70% efficiency, you need about 5.25 lbs of grain to substitute for 3 lbs DME.

Something like 2.75 lbs wheat and 2.5 lbs 2-row?

Oh no - does this mean you're doing Caramel Cream instead of Good Life?
