Did you use one of those 100% POM pomegranate juice? like the one sold in costco?

I used juiced I pressed from pomegranates picked from a tree. I also pressed them whole without taking the seeds out from the skin.

Pomegranate juice can be very acidic, so you may want to check your TA.

What is TA? How would you go about testing for it? What are acceptable ranges for a pomegranate wine?

This sounds incredible but I am terrified to try a wine. I think this may be my first attempt. This looks more fun than a wine kit.

Titratable acid, typically measuring tartaric acid g/L. You use an acid test kit, even easier if you use a pH meter with the kit.
