Ok, so I'm looking to create my first recipe and also looking to get into the world of partial mash brewing. I have been rolling on extract brewing for a little while now and I really feel comfortable with my process and my sanitation.
My questions are... Where/what can I use to learn base grains for different styles of brew? How do you know how much to use of a specific grain?
Any help would be appreciated on this. I'm really looking to expand my horizons on brewing and start making my own concoctions. I want to pride myself on making something more than what someone gave me the ingredients and directions to.
