I have a water report from my local company. But can't work out how much Brupaks DLS and/or Gypsum to add to my liquor.

Here's the important stuff. Can anyone help?

Mean PH 7.91
Hardness Total as Ca mg/l = 12.59 (this is average - test show between 4 and 20 mg/l)

I'm brewing English Real Ale and want to achieve the following results.

Bitter and Pale Ale.
---------------------------------------------
Alkalinity as CaC03 - up to 50 p.p.m
Calcium - 180 to 220 p.p.m

I just started researching water treatment and find it difficult. There's several calculators out there, I've been trying 3, and much discussion, which I continue to reread. Try the post at the following link and see if it helps you.
