Just made a beer today with coriander and it called for the coriander to be added at 15 min. Just wondering if you could add coriander like FWH like a 20 min hop addition

Nope, but you can add it to the secondary v
if god wanted us to drink beer, she would have given us stomachs

i add coriander near flameout (2 minutes or so), when i no chill.

best results achieved when adding corriander to primary after fermentation is over. I just boil some in sauce pan and dump it 5 days before kegging/bottling.
