Default fermenting temp.

i want to brew a nut brown ale. What temperature should i ferment at?

depends on the yeast. Check the yeast package.

ill be using the yeast that comes with the kit, i think the brand is muttons. I also want to add a bit of maple to the nut brown ale to make a maple nut brown ale, what should i use to do this? maple syrup? maple extract?
