Did my 2nd batch with Coopers Wheat Beer and its all I can think about now at work! I hope this will turn out well as the 1st brew I did taste like soya sauce. I hope time will cure it. Anyway, here are pictures of it and I'm so excited on how it will turn out.
The only problem with my yesterdays brew was that I pitched the yeast in at 38c and only after 3 hours to allow it to cool down. I should have kept some ice water handy.
