No the "7485E American "D" System Sankey Lever Handle Coupler"

Is meant for a sankey keg not a ball lock

Better to buy this it comes with a keg and is $205

There are actually three types of kegs.

Ball lock - Pepsi
Pin lock - Coke
Sanke - Commercial Beer

Most common and the easiest to acquire is probably is the ball lock but you can use the other styles.

Read the "Kegging FAQS" Sticky it will probably answer most of your questions.

Any questions you have over and above ask away.

Cheers

That sticky is a big read but there is tons of info there.

We will still help you if you need it.

There are lots of ways to customize whatever you decide in the end. I had lots of fun building mine and I still think it's the coolest thing I own.

Cheers
