well i have an extra small fridge just sitting in my basement and doesnt do a thing, now i'v botteled my 3rd batch of beer and the bottleing process isnt too exciting (that i can remember )

so my question is if i make a kegerator setup how long will the beer last in it before going bad?

Do you like beer? Do you have friends, and do they like beer? If so, it's probably not an issue. You get at LEAST six months out of a batch provided it's bottled/kegged properly and stored properly. I'm assuming that you know about temperature and UV concerns. If it's lasting you more than six months, I want to be your friend.....

it can last longer than 6 months, depending on style, storage, handling, etc.
