Quick question for those die-hard lagering folks.
I have a freezer with a temp controller (set at 54 degrees) with space for two carboys. Current lager looks like she'll be in there awhile and I want to get another one started. Limited to a 5 degree per day temp drop for the new batch..... how to manage both in the same freezer?
