Quick question for those die-hard lagering folks.

I have a freezer with a temp controller (set at 54 degrees) with space for two carboys. Current lager looks like she'll be in there awhile and I want to get another one started. Limited to a 5 degree per day temp drop for the new batch..... how to manage both in the same freezer?

Yeah, do your best without trying to be so picky. It'll all be beer in the end.

Face it, we're small fries. We can't always follow the directions to the letter. We don't have the necessary equipment.
