Used a slurry from strawberry wine.

Mixed up a batch with fresh squeezed Meyer lemon juice last night. Can't wait!

1115 + 5 = 1120.

1120 + 5 = 1125

used slurry from apfelwine. should be done fermenting in a few days, last gravity sample tasted awesome.

I've got another 10 gal's going. I can't keep this stuff in the fridge!
