One finger of Johnnie Walker Red Label. It's about as smooth as the black label and has a better flavor in my opinion. This may be my go-to scotch...

Boiling a test batch of conan DIPA and sipping on some weak ass Albion Ale.

The Simcoe I am using smells like a grapefruit bomb went off. I will have to add another 2 ounces at whirlpool just to make my taste buds happy.
