Strawberry Wit i keegged a month ago. Nice but should have secondaried it even though its a WIT to get the last of the strawberry seeds out. It clogged my poppets twice. I had to siphon to a new keg and recarb. Hope it didnt mess up flavor. Seems OK though.

Subtle is too confusing. Subtle only has it's place for aroma, flavor, and insult. Anyplace else, you lose. -GilaMinumBeer

Ginger, how long should I boil these crab legs for? I want them to fall off the bone just like Texas pork ribs. - Ace Club

Edwort's Apfelwein.

I figure it's juice, right? You're SUPPOSED to drink juice for breakfast.

Troegs Sunshine Pils - bought it on a whim; this may be enough for me to stop maligning lagers.

A historic porter (1850 Whitbread London Porter)....fan-freaking-tastic.

Hopped to a much higher IBU than one would expect from a brown porter, and I utilized homeroasted brown malt.

This one's going on the competition circuit for sure.
