Just cracked one of my Crystal Honey Ales (6.5%). Still slightly young and alcoholic - only 3 1/2 weeks in the bottle - but this one is coming along beautifully.

A Fat Tire clone that tastes nothing like Fat Tire, though is a great beer!
I'll probably brew this again, but won't call it a Fat Tire clone.
