Let's make a mead for 10-10-10.

10 pounds of 10 types of honey.

Bilk and Honey!

And will take runnings from the non-fermented Bilk that we'll use to carbonate it. I can see it now: Cabonated with Bile.

Oh, and use those funky 2 liter cap things to make it a unique brewing experience!

I think we should save mead for 12-12-12! Then age it for 12 years [except I might not last that long]
