I have Hefe in the corny sittin on 14psi forced carbonating, is this to little or to much pressure? I know this has been asked before, I just cant seem to get a definitive answer.

This depends on the tempurature of the beer and how many volumes of CO2 you desire. 14 psi is about to taste for me in the high 40's for most beers.
