I just kegged this one and set aside seven bottles for the mini-comp. Gravity sample is 1.009. More impressive is the fact that I gave my wife a sip of the sample and she loved it (usually she says the gravity samples are too bitter) so that's a good sign.

woah! yours got down to 1.009? what temp did you mash at?

158F, just like in the instructions. Is my batch the anomaly or something?

I also let it sit in primary for 14 days instead of 10 since I didn't have anything to keg it in.

mine is getting good! i like it now w/ the Notty.
the wy 1338 batch is muddy & not good. i pulled it off the gas for a new brew.
mailing my beers today! very excited.

most of ours finished around 1.014. mine sat for 3 weeks since i couldn't move it as well.

just thought it was strange. man i gotta mail my stuff out!

Shipping mine out today as well. Haven't tried the bottled beers in a couple weeks but the keg is drinking pretty good, maybe a little bland. We'll see what happens.
