I'll add my name after the yeast get their groove on and the fermentation looks decent. Just finished up.

I found 4.0%AA fuggles, did I step out of line by adjusting my additions to match Orfy's AAU's? or will you guys still let me play? I'm excited about this one, never thought to make a mild before, heck never drank one before this little mini-comp got me wanting to try. Tasted the beer before I bottled it and it was lovely.

I've since become very interested in the lower abv session beer styles and picked up the ingredients to make 10 gallons of BierMunchers Cream of 3 Crops!

Good fun, brew on!

Curt

I find this to be a damn amazing beer, oddly, it seems to disappoint me for a couple weeks, it seems too watery, too light, thinking back on it, there is that tartness that KingBrian mentioned that throws off the balance of flavors, like it is too light on maltiness.

Then it rounds a corner after like 3 weeks, there is great mouthfeel, the tartness gives way to some nice esters, and all of a sudden there is plenty of malt flavor to make it an enjoyable session ale, maybe too enjoyable... I go through this stuff like I'm trying to put out a fire with it.

Pale,
I was saving your bombers to give back. Then, while kegging & bottling the two milds I have-- a brainstorm hit!
You will get bottles back, but filled with BEER!
