Default FYI: a few ez-gluten tests on materials

EZ gluten claims 10 ppm for wheat, barley and rye, and also claims to work on beer too. They have updated their site to show barley results too! Despite the problems ive read about with the ez gluten test, ive actually found it to be quite consistent, and the test itself is based on a really good method. Anyway, I tested a few more items:

Yeast Nutrient Brewferm-negative
Whites Liquid Ale Yeast (in a 5 gallon batch)-negative
Fawcett's Malted Oats-High Gluten (it did converted well in a mash-probably from the barley contamination!!)
