I'm not interested in a Gluten free beer, just wondering if Sorghum made from sugar cane can be used as a good substitute in place of corn sugar or extra malt extract in a recipe.

One of my first recipes was an amber using sweet sorghum syrup - it's pretty abundant around here. Fermented out almost completely and added some nice depth to the beer.
On Deck
perhaps a line of single hop IPA's - there's so many new hops out there!!!
