Default Hop 15 Inspired IIPA Critique

Had Port Brewing's Hop 15 last time on the west coast, and I was looking to brew something similar. Here is my go at the recipe (2.5 gallon batch). I would appreciate any comments, but especially anything regarding my hop bill. I couldn't find a list of the 15 hops used online so I came up with my own. If there are any obvious conflicts, I would appreciate knowing. Also, do you think that the Glacier, Williamette and Sterling additions at 15 minutes will provide much flavor? Thanks.

Wow. I've never tried that beer. My instincts tell me you could skip a few varieties and no one would notice. I have a suspicion that commercial brewers like to run up there ingredient stats. Then again, there's a certain 'white noise' of hop flavor going on. Maybe that's the point. It's hard to imaging they aren't using Cascade, Chinook, etc. among the 15.

Are you worried about costs? You obviously can't just by .2 ounces of Sterling. Will you use all the left overs.

Anyway, my other question is, do you really need 3 full ounces for dry hopping a half-batch?
