Default got i light bulb for flavor profiles

So wanting to add some different flavors intoi my cider. I've been very confused and hesitant over how to go about doing this. While heating up a glass of tea this morning a light bulb went off.

I have a peach flavored tea bag sitting in my jalapeno-peach mead as we speak (or type). Works for me in mead, why not in cider?
