Just picked up a free Kamado today from a friend who got a new one. 8lb Boston Butt smoking with lump and Hickory chunks. Should be done in the morning.

Do mussels on the grill count? 3 pounds of mussels, broiled veggies, black bean chili and SN Torpedo to wash it down with.

Two pork shoulders coming off the smoker tonight. Pulled pork. Right after I get back from PROMETHEUS IMAX 3D!

I can never do just one butt. I always do 2. Takes twice as long to shred it though.

BTW, how do you guys shred your pulled pork? I use 2 forks.

The two forks method is a time proven classic. I was thinking about upgrading to these. A guy can never have too many toys.
