Or I have just put all the bubble wrapped bottles in a garbage bag, same difference.

Not me! They are going directly to the competition locations. Some poor unsuspecting wife of an HBT'er may be a bit surprised!

Can someone help me out with the form please...

So I have a Brewer#, an Entry# and a Style.

I see where my Brewer# goes.

and on the form I see Style Number and Description.

Does my Entry# get entered anywhere on here? and for the Style Number and Description, how should it read;

1D
or
1: Light Lager - 1D: Munich Helles

(first timer ; )

Crap, so I shouldn't have included those polaroids of myself with my entries?

Say your entry# are 201 and 202. That goes on the form, too. Exactly like you said. They've been assigned for each entry you have, and I numbered the entries when I sent you the email back.

#201- 1D Munich Helles.
#202- 10A American Pale Ale

I had to number the entries, as I won't be there to do that when they come in. this should help those receiving the bottles as they come in!
