wondering if Spartan company Sani-T-10 is harmful to use in place of star-san or iodophor. it says it sanitizes in bars and resteraunt and use can be in breweries. wondering if anybody has used this product or knows the ppg to use for it to be safe.

BTW - i work in a school where they use it and have a mass quanitity extra due to the swine flu epidemic (or lack there of). i usually use starsan but the school is trying to unload a bunch of it for a reduced cost. if it worked i would get some but if it is not suitable for homebrew then i won't worry about it. tried to look it up but it doesn't have a specific listing for homebrew
