Default Getting Homebrew to India

I'm in California and I have coworkers who are located in India. I would love to somehow get them my brew.

Are there any decent ways of flying/shipping homebrew there? What considerations do I need to go through? Every couple weeks there's always someone flying out there so if its possible to fly with it (in checked baggage of course) then how would they declare it? is it taxed, etc?

I'd recommended calling Indian customs (or having one of the would be recipients do it). Rules on these things change often, and the customs officials would be the best equipped to give you accurate answers.
