I know that this was probably covered on EDs monster thread but I just don't have the time or technology to look threw it all to get an answer! So please humor me and help answer this if you can.
I want to bottle the wine in some old wine bottles that I have laying around. Is there a problem with this? and,
I still have airlock action after 4 weeks. How long sould I wait to bottle? It burps every 12 sacs. now at 66* F.

What's the gravity?
What yeast did you use?

Good question, Havent checked it yet, will later. What should it be, the same as beer-1.012 or so?

Depends on the OG and the yeast you used.

I didn't check the OG when I threw this together. I followed EDs recipe Exactly. So It's probably in the same range.
