Hi all....I brewed a small batch(3.25 gal.) of an oatmeal stout the other day. I took gravity readings of the 1st runnings and 2 sparges: 1.062, 1.043, 1.013 respectively. I did it put of pure curiosity, but now I'm wondering what, if anything, can I determine from this information.

You did an excellent job of rinsing the sugars from the grains. If the gravity went up, then you'd really need to wonder.

Yes, good job at sparging. I read in an article once that you should sparge to a gravity of 1.008; you hit that fairly closely!
