Default looking for a Belgian IPA recipe ( extract )

I'd like to try a Belgian IPA for my next batch. Anybody have a good recipe? I had a great beer at the Portland festival this past year called Exit 4 from Flying Fish Brewery. Something like this would be great! I would also like to do an IPA similar to Inversion from Deschutes.

The brewer chimed in on this thread: http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f12/flyi...-clone-198226/ with a clone for one of their other Exit series beer, try shooting him a message.
