Default White Chocolate Extract?

A few weeks ago, at a local Oktoberfest celebration, my girlfriend had a chance to try w white chocolate American wheat, and instantly fell in love with it. I meant to get some info from the brewers about it, but I was double fisting Avery Imperial Oktoberfest at the time, and totally forgot.

Flash forward to this week, and she brought it up again. After searching the forums here and online, I came across this, which looks like it'll do the job (a bit pricey, though). I'm wondering if anyone's tried using this yet, and what their results were.

No experience, but this recipe suggest 6-8 oz Torani Sugar-Free White Chocolate Extract, probably much cheaper/easier to get ahold of.
