I have it and it works very well. I can get a good vortex in a growler with about 2.5-3 qts of liquid in it.

What did you need to know about it other than that?

Just wanted to make sure it is worth the purchase price. I seem really inexpensive compared to all of the others I looked at.

I'm not the best person to ask based on price considering that I've only owned this one, and that I got it for $25 on craigslist. It works well enough for my purposes as long as it's the one pictured on their site. I'd say go for it.

It is only a 1 liter flask so it may be a bit small for some starters, I got this one with a 2 liter flask for only $10 more. http://www.stirstarters.com/

This is the one I have. I use it, and it works great. It's quiet, and small.

+1, I have this one too. It works great. Good speed control, doesn't throw the stir bar, and quiet. Also works well with a 5 liter flask and the 1" stir bar. $39.00 on E-Bay. Go for it!
