Just started another gallon this weekend after reusing the yeast cake! Not sure why that is so exciting to me, but it is.

I drank a couple a few weekends ago that were made with an addition of a pound of brown sugar added. What a difference that made.

I have a batch that I used 3068 yeast, primed and bottled. just waiting now
