Just finished a 5 gallon batch.

21618.5 + 6 (post above) + 5 = 21629.5

Temp controller came off my carboy for about 12 hours... Cooked my Apfelwein a bit, but I'll add it anyway!

21,640.5 + 5 = 21,645.5
