Besides the obvious (shaking the carboy), how does everyone oxygenate their wort?

Sure you can. Stir a few times with the top off if your using a bucket for your primary. It's free.

I'm doing a high gravity beer, and I've read that might not be enough. Of course, I don't know for sure, though.
