Hi All,
This is my first attempt at cider. I have two batches of cider going right now. I had them both in plastic primary fermenters, and then racked after about a week into glass. Two weeks later I re-racked both into glass again. Both ciders seem to have stopped bubbling, and both taste pretty good if a little tart. My plan is to just leave one carboy alone and revisit it next spring. The other carboy, I would like to bottle. I have not used any campden or added anything to the fresh pressed unpastuerized cider. I am wanting to avoid bottle bombs, so I guess I need a little advice on how to proceed. I have some priming sugar for bottle carbonation. But I also have some fresh cider that I could add to backsweeten (do you only backsweeten with a keg setup?). Should I cold crash? Any info is appreciated.

what yeast did you use and what is the sg now?
