I was in Earthfair today and came across some extracts. I picked up a lemon one and a chocolate one. So, my question is, do you think the lemon extract would go well with the brown sugar affelwein I've got fermenting? If anyone has tried this let me know how it turned out and what kind of ratio you added.
Also, any other extract flavors you've tried with some sort of apple wine...let me know.
