I am very very new to beer brewing and have done one 6.5 gal batch of mead and one 5 gal batch of Maple Syrup Brown Ale, from extract.
Can anyone help me figure out (explain) or tip me off to a recipe that allows for the standard 5 flavors? It may be a bit much, but may offer a fun experiment.
