Default Dry hopping in a sanke?

Anyone dry hop in a sanke keg? The opening is too small for a stainless tea ball. I have been wrapping the pellet hops up like a cigar in a coffee filter and wrapping w/ dental floss but I think I managed to rip the filter on my first try, I have some hop particles on the first few drafts but getting clean. Anybody have a better way?

Thanks

I use a bag for leaf hops, not sure if the mesh is fine enough for pellets or not, I haven't tried it yet. It looks like it would be fine enough though.
