so i took HuRRiC4Ne belgian trippel recipe and tried to convert it to a partial mash saying i only have a 5g brew pot atm. I wanted to know if any of you see a error in my conversion.

his recipe is for 6 gal

12.8lbs Pilsner
1.6lbs Munich Malt (2row)
1.6lbsCandy sugar

1.8oz hallertauer mittelfruh
.4oz styrian goldings
.8 chzech saaz

and mine conversion is

any advice would be greatly appreciated saying i am very new at this

Belgian breweries don't use clear candi sugar. Use corn or table sugar instead.

Also, why is your batch size 1 gallon smaller but you're using almost twice as much sugar?
