Damn Monkey Man, I feel like such an idiot...there's a Warsteiner in Clone Brews
. You've got to steep some grains, but hell, I know you've got a strainer:
Crush and steep in 1/2 gal. 150F water for 20 min.
6 oz. 2.5L German light crystal malt
1/2 lb. German Munich Malt
Strain and sparge w/ 1/2 gal. 150F water. Add water to make 1.5 gal, boil, then add:
6.6 lb. light LME
2 ox Tettnanger @ 4.5% (9 HBU)
Add water to 2.5 gal. Boil for 45 min. then add:
1/3 oz. Hallertau
1 tsp. Irish Moss
Boil for 15 min.
Yeast: Wyeast 2124 Bohemian lager yeast, or, Wyeast's 2206 Bavarian lager yeast.
Bottle with 1 1/4 cup extra-light DME
Again, sorry I didn't pass this on sooner
