Hey folks, i just brewed a standard lager but i only got the wort down to 20C. Now i have it in the carboy, in my freezer which is set to 10C - the pitching temp.
How long roughly will 5gallons of wort take to cool from 20 to 10 degrees in a 10C freezer?
