Popped my first HB today, a Tommyknocker Maple Nut Brown Ale clone (extract with specialty grains). Excellent, if I do say so myself. Need to stop by my local craft beer outlet to pick up some original and compare. Might also attend a local HB club meeting to share and get some opinions.
Second brew put away this AM - an Irish Red Ale (another extract with specialty grains). For this one I am going to go without a secondary and just primary in the bucket. This time I took some pics of my setup located here
